“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” Eleanor Roosevelt
The goal of Tennessee “Girls Riding Together” (GRiT) program is to empower female participants to reach their full potential, both on and off the bike.
The Tennessee League “Girls Riding Together” (GRiT) program is dedicated to recruiting and retaining female student-athletes and coaches. By proactively recognizing and addressing the specific needs of women and girls in our community, we strive to ensure everyone feels welcome and supported.
By implementing our core values, we aim to address participation challenges within the sport of mountain biking. Our focus remains on providing fair treatment, equal access, and the elimination of barriers for all female student-athletes and coaches.
Our Tennessee GRiT activities are designed to increase awareness and foster a welcoming environment through girls-only social and riding opportunities. These events and activities include GRiT Camps, Moms on Bikes Clinics (MOBs), and our student-athlete-led GRiT Ambassador program.
All Tennessee GRiT activities are open to all girls, moms, friends, siblings, and female coaches. We welcome you to join the fun!
